📏 Space & Setup Requirements
- Inflatable dimensions: 36′ L × 12′ W × 22′ H
- Setup area: Flat, level space larger than the inflatable’s dimensions, with additional room for safe access, anchoring, blower equipment, and clear overhead space. Contact us to confirm your available space before booking.
- Power: One dedicated 110V/20-amp circuit with a suitable outlet within 100 feet. Only Company-supplied extension cords may be used.
- Water for wet rentals: Municipal/public water supply with a garden hose connection within 100 feet; well water is not permitted. No water connection is needed for dry rentals.
👤 Rider Requirements & Safety
- Rider age: 3–40 years
- Rider height: 36–78 inches
- Maximum rider weight: 250 lbs per person
- Capacity: Maximum of 2 participants on the inflatable at a time, with only 1 rider per sliding lane
- Sliding rules: Slide seated and feet first. No headfirst sliding, jumping, diving, tandem sliding, or riding with a child on your lap.
- Landing area: The landing area must be clear before the next rider slides. Riders must exit promptly after sliding.
- Supervision: Two trained adult attendants must supervise throughout use.
- Weather: Use must stop if winds reach 15 mph, including gusts, or unsafe weather develops.

- Free delivery within 20 miles; additional delivery fees may apply outside this area
- Delivery and pickup times coordinated when booking
- All posted safety rules and instructions provided at setup must be followed
📝 Booking & Rental Agreement
A signed rental agreement and a minimum $50 deposit are required to reserve your date. The deposit is applied toward your rental balance. You may make additional payments online at any time.
Any remaining balance must be paid in full before setup begins, either online before setup or in cash upon our arrival.
